TelKo supplies genuine, warranty-backed CP Plus stock to dealers, system integrators and institutional buyers across the valley, at distribution pricing and with the paperwork that proves provenance.
In the UAE we execute installation projects only. Distribution is exclusive to our Kashmir operation — a distinction we state plainly because in this trade it matters.
Buying at trade
Dealers and integrators can open a distribution account for CP Plus stock. Institutional buyers procuring at volume are quoted directly. Either way you receive genuine product with full manufacturer warranty and a GST invoice.

Is TelKo an authorised CP Plus distributor?
Yes. TelKo Internet Services handles CP Plus distribution for Srinagar and the Kashmir valley — supplying dealers, system integrators and institutional buyers with genuine, warranty-backed stock at distribution pricing.
Do you take complete projects, or only supply cameras?
Both. We supply hardware to the trade, and we execute complete turnkey projects: survey, network design, installation, VMS commissioning and annual maintenance.
Can our existing analog system be upgraded to IP?
Yes. We routinely migrate analog installations to IP or hybrid setups, reusing serviceable cabling where possible to keep the cost of the upgrade under control.
What does the AMC actually include?
Scheduled lens cleaning and calibration, storage integrity checks, firmware and security patching, and priority breakdown response — with a service log you can audit.
How long is footage retained?
That is a design decision, not a default. We size storage against your retention requirement — regulatory, insurance or internal audit — and state the resulting capacity, bitrate and redundancy in the design before anything is purchased.
Do you install in the UAE as well?
We execute surveillance installation projects in the Gulf through TelKo LLC in Sharjah, using the same design discipline. Product distribution, however, remains exclusive to the India operation.
