Who we are

What this website collects
telkoindia.com is a static website. It does not run an account system, a shopping cart or a comment facility, and it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The enquiry form on our contact page does not submit data to a server. When you press send, it opens your own email application or WhatsApp with the details you typed already filled in, and you choose whether to send that message. Nothing you type is stored by this website unless you actually send it to us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and operational purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
What we do with what you send us
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, deliver and support the work. We keep project correspondence and records for as long as we are commercially and legally required to, including for tax and warranty purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it with suppliers, manufacturers or subcontractors only where doing so is necessary to fulfil your order — for example, to register a manufacturer warranty in your name — and only to the extent required.
Other TelKo group websites
The group operates several other websites, including telkouae.com, gulflaptops.com, telkowater.com, telkobiz.com and fluxot.com. Each is a separate property with its own functionality and, where applicable, its own privacy terms. This policy covers telkoindia.com only.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not obliged to retain it. Write to contact@telkoindia.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly.
