Why buy from TelKo

Global sourcing, local accountability

Buying refurbished hardware from an overseas marketplace means accepting whatever arrives, with no invoice you can claim against and no one to call when the hinge cracks in month four. Buying through TelKo means the machine was graded in our own hub, billed on an Indian GST invoice, and supported by people in Srinagar.

  • International standards, Indian support — sourced to Gulf trade standards, warranted and serviced locally.
  • Tested for excellence — performance, battery and hardware integrity verified on every single unit.
  • No middle-man layers — the same machine reaches a student, a startup and an enterprise at the same honest cost base.
  • End-to-end consultation — from one machine to a full institutional IT plan, including phased fleet refresh.
  • GST-compliant invoicing — claimable, auditable, and acceptable to a government procurement department.

Questions

Buying, answered straight

What warranty comes with a refurbished machine?

Refurbished units carry a hardware warranty covering the components most likely to fail — board, screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports, hinges and storage. Batteries, being consumable, are covered for a shorter defined period. The exact term is stated on your invoice before you pay, not discovered afterwards.

Can you supply a fleet for an office or institution?

Yes, and this is most of what the division does. Tell us headcount, role profiles and budget, and we will specify a mix, quote it against a GST invoice, image the machines to your standard build, and phase delivery around your rollout.

Is a refurbished laptop appropriate for government or institutional procurement?

Where the tender permits refurbished hardware, yes — and the audit checklist, grading and GST invoice are exactly the documentation such procurement asks for. Where a tender requires new equipment, we quote new. We will tell you which applies rather than let a bid fail on a technicality.

Do you service what you sell?

Yes, from Srinagar. That is the whole reason to buy locally rather than from an overseas listing — there is a counter to walk into and a number that answers.

Tell us what needs building.

Send a drawing, a site address or a one-line brief. An engineer — not a call centre — reads every enquiry and replies with a scope and a number.
