Gulf Laptops runs three lines of business from one storefront. Retail: individual machines listed with their grade, specification, battery health and stock code, priced in dirhams inclusive of VAT, with cash on delivery available across the Emirates. Bulk and wholesale: tiered pricing from ten units upward for resellers, IT departments and exporters, quoted within one business day. Trade-in and fleet retirement: buy-back of working or dead machines, single units or whole retired office fleets.
For fleets of twenty machines or more, collection is arranged from the office, every drive is wiped to a certificate, and the whole lot is settled in one payment. An indicative offer is given the same day and held for seven days.

The battery rule
A full discharge cycle is run on every unit. Anything falling below 80 per cent of design capacity is replaced before the machine is listed — it is not sold with a note in the description.
