What it does
A trade built on the test report
TelKo LLC buys business-class laptops at volume — mostly from corporate fleet refreshes rather than consumer resale, so the service history is known — then tests, grades and lists each machine before it is sold. Brands handled are Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Asus, Acer and Microsoft, with the bulk of stock in the enterprise ranges: Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, MacBook Air and Surface.
Orders run from a single unit to a container load. Retail buyers are served through the Gulf Laptops storefront; resellers, IT departments and exporters buy wholesale from ten units upward, with a quote turned around within a business day.
Alongside the hardware trade, the entity carries the group's software products — tBiz and Fluxot — under the same licence.

Grading
Three grades, stated before you buy
Every machine is graded on cosmetic condition and tested battery health, and the grade is published against the listing. The exact battery-health thresholds for each grade are set out on the platform.
Grade A
Excellent
Minimal signs of use, no functional issues, and the highest tested battery-health floor of the three grades.
Grade B
Good
Light signs of use on the lid or palm rest. Fully tested and fully functional, at a lower battery-health floor.
Grade C
Fair
Visible cosmetic wear. Fully functional and fully tested — the value grade, honestly described.
Terms
Warranty and returns
- Six-month warranty from date of dispatch, covering hardware faults — motherboard, screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports, hinges and storage.
- Batteries carry a shorter, separate cover for charge-holding failure, being a consumable component.
- Excluded: accidental and liquid damage, unauthorised repair, and software issues.
- Condition mismatch reported within seven days is resolved by replacement or a full refund, with return shipping included.
- Change-of-mind retail returns accepted within seven days, buyer paying return shipping. Bulk and wholesale orders are final sale.
Commercial terms
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude shipping. Payment is accepted by secure card link, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on delivery within the UAE.
For export orders the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for duty, VAT and customs clearance in the destination country; TelKo LLC prepares the export documentation.
Why refurbished
Business-class hardware at roughly 30 to 40 per cent below the price of new equivalents, with the e-waste argument that goes with keeping a serviceable machine in use rather than replacing it.
